kind staff amazing views helpful information high price excessive cost inadequate sauna
i found the staff were SO kind. the views from the outside pool were amazing , i could see the mountains and forests. the hotel gave me lots of information about timetables and activities , which was very HELPFUL.
the breakfast offered too little for the price. a small cola zero cost nine euros , which i thought was excessive. the jacuzzi was not hot enough , and the sauna felt inadequate.

EXCELLENT stay NEAR mont blanc!
fresh food train station
i LOVED how close this location was to the train station. The bus stop was also very near. Breakfast WAs a winner. the food was tasty and fresh.

The breakfast had many options and I appreciated this. The boot room was heated. The bus station was very close providing access to the center and other ski areas.
The hotel seemed understaffed . The reception staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful at check in. There was no bar service during the day or by the pool.

The hotel offers a free train ticket from reception (very helpful). I enjoyed an evening meal there. It was tasty and well-priced in a nice setting. (I sat on the veranda and watched the sunset.)
The hotel bar and restaurant were quite expensive.

great hotel experience
superior room good breakfast outdoor pool mont blanc
my room was a superior queen room. i enjoyed the balcony and the size of it. the breakfast was good with many options. the outside pool was also a great asset. the view of mont blanc was lovely from there.
the hotel its location requires a short train ride to the main town, a slight inconvenience.

the staff were always available and helpful. they provided clear directions and information about local transport. the service at the restaurant was also very prompt. i had no issues communicating with anyone.
